“Participating in this exchange program was probably the best experience of my life. While I was there, I had the opportunity to see many wonderful places, eat delicious food, and acquire a great amount of knowledge regarding ruminant animal production. However the absolute best experience there was meeting the people I met. From day one, I had been treated like nothing but family. The friendships I made with my roommates and classmates continue to be extremely valuable to me. It was really hard to say goodbye! My ability to make friends and contacts in a foreign country definitely improved my networking abilities, something that is ever valuable in the job market. This experience made me a better person and a more employable, cultured individual that can provide diversity and experience that could only come from participation in an international exchange program like this one.”
