Texas A&M University from August 2012 to February 2013

“Howdy!!! Studying abroad was an experience that I always wished for, and studying at Texas A&M University (Whoop) lived up to the expectation.   This experience would not be possible without the Capes/Fipse program.  While at A&M I learned that each person that comes here really makes a difference and is always able to be a part of its traditions.  I’m very thankful for the amazing staff of professors and everyone that works here.  Another goal that I had in while in College Station was to be a part of the “American Culture” and I was fortunate to enjoy amazing experiences in two of the most important holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas.  And I was also connected with different parts of the world with others exchanged students from Europe, Africa and Asia. I had the opportunity to live with American friends (my American family) and I really made wonderful friends, and for these reasons I can say: “It is one experience that I will keep for the rest of my life.” And I hope to come back soon! Thanks Aggies and Gig’Em!”
