The nutritional practices of Brazil are so different than those of the United States and I am learning so much – in the areas of agriculture, language, and culture. The atmosphere of Brazil will steal your heart – the students and professors are more than welcoming and offer help whenever needed. The classes are hands on with laboratories, practicals, and field trips that allow you to really see the Brazilian way of production in action and be a part of it.
